As you know by now, Nyjah Huston has earned himself another SLS victory, sweeping the 2014 Season. During Saturday’s practice, Nyjah took this heavy slam and it looked as though he might not compete, but came through in his bionic way and conquered the course. A critical moment for Nyjah came in the Control Section where he broke his truck’s kingpin while trying to big flip over the manual pad off a bump. Shane O’Neill let Nyjah borrow his board and Nyjah nailed it second try scoring him a 9.2, and the sold out LA crowd went nuts.
